NDOA's mission is to provide its members and other fundraising professionals with collegial peer support, networking, and comprehensive training opportunities to advance philanthropy and strengthen community.

Our Goals

With almost 900 members, NDOA is the largest network of fundraising professionals in the Northwest.

We are dedicated to helping our region's philanthropic community generate the resources they need to support their organizations' important work.

Whether you are a nonprofit CEO, a seasoned development officer, a committed Board member or a fundraising novice, you'll learn to raise more money and build deeper relationships with donors.

We help prepare young people to become members of the philanthropic community while helping even the most experienced fundraisers become more confident, knowledgeable and successful.

NDOA members generously share their ideas, expertise and friendship. We learn from each other, rejoice in our successes, support one another in tough times, and have fun throughout it all.
